All prices are shown in Australian dollars Over The Top Floristry is not registered for GST We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment As all our orders are custom made we require full payment in advance.

A $150.00 Non refundable deposit is required to lock your event into our calendar. This means we’ll start purchasing and organising.
The final amount is required two weeks prior to the date of the event -without final payment we cannot deliver your order. If you would like to put an event order in less than two weeks before the date of the event full payment is needed up front.
Final payments are non refundable unless at the discretion of Over the top floristry. Order reductions of more than 10% will not be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Flower Substitution
We see the effects of Climate Change more than ever in the floral industry - A change in temperature can wipe out a flower crop in hours. Seasonal availability is becoming less and less predictable. Colours can also be very hard to match - If a crop of roses gets a little extra sun it can change the colour of the bloom significantly!
We do everything in our power to supply you with the flowers of your dreams but Mother Nature doesn’t always comply.
In the event that we can’t get a variety first and for most we’ll let you know and come up with an alternative.

Refunds
While Over The Top Floristry will abide by the applicable laws in relation to the supply of it’s Products, no exchange or refund (unless at our discretion) will be given as we put a great deal of time and money into each and individual order.
We believe our product is of the highest quality and hope that you agree.
There is no money back guarantee. However, we do care about our customers and will deal with each situation on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact us we value all feedback.

Delivery
A Delivery Schedule is created for each event that we do. Please check this schedule to ensure all the information is correct. In general we prefer to deliver at least half an hour before your photographer arrives and in some cases we need up to an hour to install arrangements at receptions, ceremony or function venues. Deliveries made before 8.30 am and after 5.30 pm as well as those made on Public Holidays will incur a surcharge.

Liablity
At Over The Top Floristry we do everything in our power, within reason, to provide a safe and secure product. When the product is delivered it is advised that you inspect all items. Once delivery has been made you acknowledge and agree that Over The Top floristry will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you.

Hire Items
We’re very keen to hire items to our clients as we see it as a great way for you to get more out of your flower order! We have for Hire 5 x silver candelabras , tiered cakes, 3 x Perspex lighting box's and an array of vases. Contact me for price list.
By hiring items from Over The Top floristry, you acknowledge that it is a condition of hire that you accept full responsibility for the condition of all the hire items during the period of hire or until returned to Over The Top Floristry. In doing so you also accept that you are liable for any damage incurred, or loss of said hire item. Repairs to damaged items, should not be undertaken without our approval. All missing items or those deemed by over the Top floristry to be damaged beyond repair will be paid for at the current replacement value. A Credit card will be asked for holding and returned upon return of the Hired items.
